Every detail was perfectly fine and I liked it. Top-notch place with terrific rooms. Excellent friendly staff and the experience was fun. The location was decent, relatively near gold coast. Efficient service was provided too.

Great-sized, unique and neat hotel. It had NICE attached restaurant. The room we booked was exquisite and big. Everything was perfect and the staff was very efficient. Very central location, at a medium distance from chicago water tower.

everything was perfect, the american breakfast was totally worth it. exceptional location relatively close to holy name cathedral. room was exquisitely decorated and bathroom was luxurious. the staff was willing to help to make our stay very relaxing. hotel perfect customer service.

Sweet staff, budget rooms, delicious breakfast and great wi-fi. I loved the room, the bed was relaxing. The location was strategic and had pleasant views. Apart from that, the art institute chicago was 5 minutes' drive away. There were some amazing restaurants.

The place is not crowded and upscale. A nice touch is also the hot beverages in the pool bar. Also, it has free wifi throughout the property.

Accommodating staff and good sized room. For dinner, we went to Carmine's, it was a couple of blocks away the venue. We liked that there was a bathtub.

The hotel was situated so close to gold coast and also we could visit the magnificent mile. Nice views. It's less than a 10-minute walk from chicago subway station. It's worth staying here and exploring Downtown Chicago district...

Here we were very close to few of our favorite spots such as navy pier. Located in 35 minutes' drive to the airport. It took 15 minutes to reach oak street beach on foot...

We loved staying at viceroy chicago. We visited one of our favorite spots lincoln park that was near to the hotel. Breakfast is FRESHLY PREPARED. Gold Coast neighborhood was definitely worth visiting.
